This refreshing session is the perfect way to enjoy your cold water fix in a safe and friendly environment, with trained lifeguards on hand throughout and a complimentary hot drink included to warm you up afterwards.
Whether you’re a seasoned cold-water swimmer or trying it for the very first time, it’s a brilliant opportunity to begin the year feeling energised, uplifted and ready for whatever the months ahead bring.
