Cold water swimming
It will run weekly from 9-10:30am, every Sunday.
With full lifeguard support and hot drinks to warm you up after, it's a lovely way to acclimatise to cold water swimming as the seasons progress.

Please note - Due to the nature of cold water swimming we do not allow children (under 16) to participate in cold water swimming.

Are you new to cold water swimming, or perhaps would like to know more about how to look after your body in cold water and other safety measures you can put in place?
Every Sunday we will be running our introduction to cold water talk and swim. We will cover several aspects of safety including what to bring with you, how long to spend in the water and give you an understanding of how your body reacts to those chilly temperatures.
